Q: What is the Daily Valet Parking Rate For Newark EWR Parking?

A: Currently $18.00 Daily plus 15% Parking Tax. The Daily Rates may vary from Airport to Airport and fluctuate at different times of the year for each parking facility. Our daily rates are based on the Airports themselves, in this case, (EWR) Daily Self Park, currently set at $18.00 plus 15% Parking Tax and Valet Parking at $34.00 daily plus 15% Parking Tax.

Q: Do I have to Prepay when making a reservation?

A: Yes, in full while making your reservation. Plus 15% Parking Tax and a (1) One-Time Reservation fee of $5.00. In any case, payment information on each parking facility is available for review prior to making a reservation.

Q: What Are Parking Vouchers?

A: Parking Vouchers and Prepaid Parking Vouchers are similar to Coupons. They are purchased in advance at a discounted rate. There are many companies that offer Parking Vouchers. VIP Parking is partnered with some of these companies to deliver and fulfill Newark Airport Parking Vouchers at a discounted rate.

Q: How Do I Redeem My Parking Voucher?

Q: How long in advance should I make my Reservation prior to my trip?

A: Typically, you should try to book your trip as soon as possible. The majority of travelers book parking reservations 12-24 weeks in advance. If you are a customer or frequent flyer, one (1-2) weeks to 24 hours in advance.

Q: Is there an Hourly Parking Rate?

A: No, our parking facility partners run their operations based on 24 hour intervals or daily parking with a one hour grace period. Example: Joe and his family arrive at VIP Parking on Saturday April 24, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time to park their vehicle and leave for their vacation, we clocked them in at 12:00 P.M. and shuttled them to Newark Airport. They arrive back at VIP Parking Saturday May 1, 2010 (one week later) at 4:00 P.M. We clock them out at 4:00 P.M. We charged Joe and his family (8) days for parking based on the Time and Date Stamps from their Valet Parking Ticket.

Refund Policy:

Q: Can I receive a refund for my reservations?

A: Unfortunately, reservations are non-refundable. Once a reservation is booked, a parking spot is exclusively reserved under your name. Parking spots cannot be used by another individual and so cannot be refunded. Reservations are valid for 183 days or (6) months and can be altered as needed as long as the expiration date doesn’t exceed the current Reservation date. Once the current date exceeds the reservations date, our system locks the reservation from being altered.

Q: Do you have a customer service center to help me with reservations?

A: Our customer service center can be contacted at 1-877-862-9400 for aid and support. Customer service representatives are available from Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern. To make reservations use our website, www.VIPParkingEWR.com. The website will track your reservation and a confirmation number (invoice number) will be generated.

Q: What do I need to bring to the parking facility upon check-out?

A: Parking Vouchers and Parking confirmation Receipts or discount coupons, and valet ticket must be present and shown to the parking facility managers.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?

A: Yes, reservations can be cancelled but NOT REFUNDED by contacting our customer service center at 1-877-862-9400. Please clearly state your name, confirmation or reservation number, and reason for cancellation and it will be handled promptly. (Please refer to our terms of sale / Service).
